Today is the first day of our 8 days Morocco tour from Tangier. We greet you warmly in Morocco when we meet you at the airport, port, or your hotel. We begin our unforgettable Morocco tour with a picturesque drive to Tangier’s essential and attractive landmarks, including the spectacular Hercules Cave and Cape Spartel. Furthermore, we travel across the Rif Mountains and make pauses to photograph the breathtaking Moroccan scenery.
In addition, we visit the gorgeous Chefchaouen, often known as “the blue pearl.” As you walk through its colorful lanes and painted homes, the delightful small city will unveil itself to you. Today, we make sure all is done. and leave through the beautiful Moulay Ismail Capital and one of Morocco’s imperial cities called Meknes. Our discovery takes us to the outstanding Berber-Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It offers superlative knowledge and a walk around the archaeological area. Our drive ends with a wonderful panoramic view and a drop-off at the Riad.
Our excursion begins with a pick-up from your Fes lodging and a magnificent drive over the middle Atlas Mountains to Ifrane, also known as the Switzerland of Morocco due to its perfect natural surroundings and rosy outlook of our country. Following that, we go to Azrou’s cedar forest, where we pause briefly to observe wild macaques. In addition, we will visit Midelt, known as the “Apple Capital,” where we may enjoy a fantastic lunch.
In the afternoon, we travel through the Tizi N Talghemt tunnel to view the spectacular Ziz Valley scenery. We would be able to take shots of the breathtaking countryside and palm tree groves. Furthermore, we visit Erfoud, which hosts the annual Dattes festival in October. As a result, you can learn more about the Dattes variation that the palm trees produce each year.
After leaving Erfoud, we drive off-road through the stunning and vast Sahara Desert. Our camel guy guide will be ready to provide us an unforgettable camel ride experience. Our exploratory excursion begins after breakfast, as we travel through the stunning Erg Chebbi dunes. We stop by a nomadic family to enjoy some tea and learn about their lifestyle and history. We continue to an abandoned settlement where inhabitants used to work the Galena mine before stopping at a breathtaking panoramic vista of the sand dunes. In addition, we will visit Khamlia village. We meet new people, cultures, and music genres that are unique and diverse.
We try Berber pizza for lunch. Before driving to the Merzouga palm orchards, we investigate an antique irrigation system that residents still use to water their plants. In the late afternoon, you can try other activities such as quad riding, buggy riding, or horseback riding, as well as watch a beautiful sunset before returning to the hotel.
On the sixth day of our Morocco Desert Tour, you can get up early to enjoy a beautiful sunrise and a delicious breakfast. On this new excursion, we drive to Rissani to explore the traditional market, which is held every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. In addition, we pass through Erfoud, where we stop momentarily to learn about fossils before continuing to Dades Valley via El Jorf “Khotarat,” where we see how the old irrigation system works. Our adventure begins after a delicious breakfast at your lodging. Enjoy a beautiful journey among old villages and waterways. We arrive at Roses Valley, where we visit one of the best and most well-known rose cooperatives. We witness and learn how ladies produce rose items at the city’s annual festival in May.
We continue driving, passing past Skoura’s palm tree groves. Discover the beautiful Berber architecture of Ouarzazate, including a visit to Taourirt Kasbah and a brief stop at the Atlas Studio.
After touring all of these wonderful sights, enjoying the views, and learning about history, we drove to the lovely Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is regarded as one of Morocco’s best-preserved Kasbahs, and has used as the backdrop for several films and television programs, including Game of Thrones, The Gladiator, and The Mummy.
In the afternoon, we travel to the High Atlas Mountains, a breathtaking and unique location for photography. Enjoy the grandeur of the nature at Tizi-N-Tichka Pass. Before arriving in Marrakech, we observe ladies creating argan oil items at an argan cooperative.
Our exploration adventure begins with our local guide at the hostel. Today we visit several notable locations in Marrakech. In addition, we immerse ourselves in the magnificent culture and rich history of Marrakech. The tour includes ancient landmarks and intriguing gardens like as the Saadien Tombs, Badii Palace, Bahia Palace, and the stunning Medrasa Ben Youssef. Explore the lively market and see the beautiful buildings amid the small passageways. We go through the lovely Jamaa El Fnna plaza, where we can sample wonderful Moroccan delicacies while enjoying the view from the rooftop.
