Your 10-day journey from Tangier to Marrakech will begin when you meet your tour leader at the airport or the closest location. Then, before moving on to Chefchaouan, we will give you a tour of Tangier. We travel across the Rif Mountains to take in the breathtaking view after breakfast at the Riad. On the approach to Fes, we pass through little settlements. Our destination is Volubilis, which is home to the best-preserved Roman remains in this region of North Africa and is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will next go to the quaint whitewashed village of Mounlay Idriss, which is tucked away in the Riff Mountains. then a trip to the city of Meknes. Before traveling to Fes, take in a few of the city’s tourist sites, such Bab Mansour and the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum.

You will have the chance to explore the well-known sites of El Madena in Fez today. You can meander through its winding alleyways and explore famous landmarks like the oldest university in the world, Al Karaouine University. We drive through Ifrane, Morocco’s version of Switzerland, as we depart Fes today, passing cork, pine, and oak trees as well as the massive Cedar Forest, which is home to a thousand Barbary Apes. traversing the most stunning and dangerous mountains in the Middle Atlas. Following a delicious breakfast at your hotel, we begin our exploration of the Merzouga region, stopping in Hassi Lbied, Tanamoust, and Khamlia, where you will discover the art of Gnawa music. We then go visit nomads and investigate their way of life. Next, go around Hassi Lbeid Oasis. We return you to the hotel in the late afternoon, when your camel guide will be ready to take you across Erg Chebbi’s tall dunes to see the sunset. Prior to dusk. Reaching the camp. Next, we go to Skoura, a city well-known for its 1000 ancient kasbahs. Once there, we visit Amerdile Kasbah, a fortified kasbah in Skoura with a rich architectural past. After that, travel to Ouarzazate while admiring the surroundings. We will arrive in Ouarzazate in the late afternoon to drop you off at the Kasbah, where you will spend the night.

Following breakfast at your accommodation in Ouarzazate, see the city known as “Hollywood of Africa,” including a film studio and a cinemagraphic museum. Next, we head to the walled town and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. We then drive through the High Atlas Mountains to Marrakech, stopping along the way to get some photos before navigating the 2260-meter-high Tizi N. Tichka Pass. We get at Marrakech in the late afternoon.

Start your tour of Marrakech’s red city with your local tour guide after breakfast at your lodging. We will first travel to the Bahia Palace and the well-known Saadian Tomb.
